Optional Google Analytics

If Google Analytics is not configured, this site does not load its Google tag or send it usage measurements. When it is configured, the tag is loaded only after you choose “Allow analytics.” Declining sends no Analytics events from this site's integration.

With permission, Analytics measures visits, ordinary button clicks and which fictional universe is opened or closed. Google may process technical and pseudonymous information such as browser/device details, cookie identifiers, approximate location and interaction data. This site does not attach your name, email or account details to those events. Advertising tracking, Google Signals and ad personalization are disabled in this integration.

Your choice and cookies

The Privacy control on the main page lets you allow or decline Analytics and change that choice later. The preference is saved in this browser's local storage. If you allow Analytics, Google may set first-party cookies such as _ga. Withdrawing permission disables further measurement from this integration and clears accessible Google Analytics cookies on this domain.

You can also remove stored preferences and cookies through your browser settings. If browser storage is unavailable, your choice applies only to the current visit.

Limited measurement

This site's explicit Analytics events exclude URL query strings and fragments; supplied referrers are reduced to their origin. The integration does not measure every infinite-scroll section. Analytics settings in the Google property, including retention and any additional Enhanced Measurement, must match this notice before tracking is enabled.

Delivering the site

Hosting infrastructure can process technical request information, including an IP address, to deliver and secure the page. This is separate from optional Analytics. This notice describes the site's integration; it does not claim that a hosting provider processes no technical data.
